Bear Lounge
Capacity: Up to 170 including patio space
Open area private space with an attached patio. Will be able to set up for buffet style or cocktail service
Party Room
Capacity: Up to 70
Can be added as an additional room to either the Bear Bar or Ohm Lounge.
Eden Lounge
Capacity: Up to 170
Eden is our after-hours space. Welcome to Eden: The Garden of Delights and Temptations In the heart of the night, Eden Lounge offers a sanctuary where music, lights, and human connection converge.
Ohm Lounge
Capacity: Up to 290
Open area private space with VIP seating. Will be able to set up for buffet style or cocktail service as well as a party space. We can include the party room and Bear Lounge in this event space. This brings the total up to 530 people.
Ohm Block Party
Capacity: Up to 300+
Our street space allows for a full block party. This space is dynamic and can be added onto any room we have

What kinds of events can I host at Ohm Lounge?
Corporate events, holiday parties, birthdays, private parties and full buyouts, convention after-parties, bachelorette and bachelor parties, and wedding after-parties. Each has its own page with ideas, room sizes and answers to common questions.
How many people does Ohm Lounge hold for a private event?
Up to 530 when you book the whole venue. The main room holds 290 standing, and smaller rooms hold 70 and 170. The street outside can be added for a block party of 300+.
How much does it cost to book Ohm Lounge for an event?
The event coordinator prices your date and space. Each space is booked against a food and beverage minimum: if your food and drink spend comes in under it, the difference is charged as a room rental fee. Sales tax, service charges and any extra staff are added on top.
What days and times can we book?
Any day of the week. Private events can run between 10 AM and 2 AM, and later finishes are agreed case by case. Ohm Lounge is a nightclub on Friday and Saturday nights, and it can still be reserved for private events then.
Can we have food and drinks at our event?
Yes. Rooms can be set up for cocktail service or a buffet, and the menu and drinks are planned with the events team. What you spend on food and drink counts toward your space's minimum.
Can we bring our own DJ, photographer or entertainment?
Yes, with approval. Outside vendors such as DJs, photographers and musicians need management's approval before you book them.
Does Ohm Lounge have a private entrance for events?
Yes. Ohm Lounge has its own entrance on Lafayette Street, so event guests come straight into your party.
