When should we book our holiday party?
As early as you can. Popular December dates book up early, so send an enquiry with two or three possible dates and the events team will tell you which are open.
How many people does Ohm Lounge hold for a private event?
Up to 530 when you book the whole venue. The main room holds 290 standing, and smaller rooms hold 70 and 170. The street outside can be added for a block party of 300+.
Can our holiday party be on a Friday or Saturday night?
Yes. Ohm Lounge is a nightclub on Friday and Saturday nights, and it can still be reserved for private events then. Weeknights and daytime events work too: private events run between 10 AM and 2 AM.
How much does it cost to book Ohm Lounge for an event?
The event coordinator prices your date and space. Each space is booked against a food and beverage minimum: if your food and drink spend comes in under it, the difference is charged as a room rental fee. Sales tax, service charges and any extra staff are added on top.
Can we have a DJ at our holiday party?
Yes. The main room has a full sound and lighting system built for it. Outside DJs need management's approval, so mention it in your enquiry.
Can we have food and drinks at our event?
Yes. Rooms can be set up for cocktail service or a buffet, and the menu and drinks are planned with the events team. What you spend on food and drink counts toward your space's minimum.
Can we have our holiday party in January instead?
Yes. Private events can be booked any day of the week, and a January date works well for teams that are flat out in December.
