Can I book Ohm Lounge for a small birthday group?
Yes. Smaller groups book a VIP table with bottle service on a Friday or Saturday night through the Ohm Lounge reservations calendar. For a private room, the smallest holds up to 70 guests.
How much is a VIP table for a birthday?
VIP tables and bottle service are booked together on the reservations calendar. Bottle prices are on the VIP bottle menu, from $175 to $1,500 a bottle. Call (504) 400-7335 with questions about a specific night.
Can I rent a private room for a birthday party?
Yes. Rooms hold up to 70 or 170 guests, the main room holds 290 and the whole venue holds 530. Send an enquiry with your date and guest count and the event coordinator will come back with options and a price.
What days and times can we book?
Any day of the week. Private events can run between 10 AM and 2 AM, and later finishes are agreed case by case. Ohm Lounge is a nightclub on Friday and Saturday nights, and it can still be reserved for private events then.
How much does it cost to book Ohm Lounge for an event?
The event coordinator prices your date and space. Each space is booked against a food and beverage minimum: if your food and drink spend comes in under it, the difference is charged as a room rental fee. Sales tax, service charges and any extra staff are added on top.
Can we have dinner before the birthday party?
Yes. KIRA, a Japanese and Mediterranean restaurant, is in the same building at 601 Tchoupitoulas Street. Book dinner there, then head to your table or your private room.
Can we bring our own DJ, photographer or entertainment?
Yes, with approval. Outside vendors such as DJs, photographers and musicians need management's approval before you book them.
